  • How many people can you serve?

    One of our hibachi chef can serve up to 25 guest per event. We do however can only take parties of at least 10 guests. If you have more than 25 guest, please contact us and see if we can make any special arrangements.

  • What if I don't have 10 people for my party?

    If you. don’t have 10 guests in your party, we can still make an exception but we would have to charge an unmet minimum fee of $55 per person to bring it up to 10 guests. So for example if you only have 8 in your party, the unmet minimum would be $110 ($55 x 2).

  • How far ahead do I have to book the event?

    In order for us to better prepared and serve your event, you would need to book your party at least 2 weeks ahead of your event date.

  • What if me or my guest have a dietary restriction such as allergies or looking for gluten free options?

    Since the food is prepared in front of you, we can accommodate most dietary requests such as allergies, as well as gluten free, or diary free options.

  • Do you come to my area? I live pretty far away...

    If you’re in the West Michigan area, we can come to you. However, we do charge a traveling fee of $2.50/mile after the first 25miles from our store location.

  • What is the service fee? Do I have to tip the chef?

    The service fee that is included in your contract covers the labor cost of the chef and his assistant. You’re not required to tip the chef because of this but if you’re extremely satisfied with their service, tips are always appreciated.

  • Is there any security deposits?

    Once we agreed on the terms on your contract, a 30% security deposit is required to confirm your booking. This security deposit will go towards your final bill at the end of your event.
